Becca Mills was born and raised in the Midwest but brings the sensibility of a world traveler to OpenSpace. After completing college and earning degrees in English and psychology, Becca worked in publishing, marketing, and education while traveling widely across Europe and Asia. A 9-year Charlottesville resident, Becca’s interests range from vampires to outdoor adventures, poetry to clothes shopping.

    Kimberly Blick

Kimberly Blick, a recent graduate of the University of Virginia, is a self-declared ‘townie’ who provides a passion for everything Charlottesville in her work at OpenSpace. Kimberly has channeled her studies of psychology and sociology into volunteer efforts for the United Way, Habitat for Humanity, and more. In her spare time, Kimberly loves exploring wine country and spending Saturdays at the farmer’s market.

    Marcy Drewes

Marcy Drewes moved to Charlottesville upon conferring her BA in Art History and American Sign Language. Excited to be apart of a community with an abundance of creative and entrepreneurial energy, Marcy brings an enthusiasm of both of those worlds to OpenSpace. In her spare time, Marcy enjoys working on her photography, traveling, getting coffee with friends and dancing to Parliament’s Give Up the Funk.

    Kristy Hall

Kristy Hall brings over 10 years of experience in the corporate and legal sectors, as well as her Midwestern warmth to her work at OpenSpace. With a BA in Business Administration and a law degree, Kristy’s own entrepreneurial spirit — she is passionate about helping nonprofit organizations — makes her a perfect fit. (She sometimes refers to herself as a “recovering lawyer,” but we won’t hold that against her.) Kristy’s other interests include latin dance, traveling & spending time with her amazing husband.
