OpenSpace will be closed on Monday, September 5th for Labor Day. But even with the three-day weekend, Unlimited Members with 24×7 Access are always free to work, even if we’re not here to greet you that morning!

Don’t forget, the OpenSpace ice cream social with FREE Arch’s is tomorrow afternoon! We’ll be meeting in the Conference Studio from 3-4pm; take a break and come celebrate summer (what’s left of it) with all your OpenSpace friends.

We didn’t want it to come to this, but it has. To keep up the clean, sleek & sparkling OpenSpace image, we’re instituting “Clean Fridge Fridays.” That means that if you have anything (lunch boxes, dishes, cartons of milk, moldy items, etc.) in the fridge come Friday, it will be disposed of unless claimed prior to closing. Kristy has a tendency to “lose it” when she sees the refrigerator in disarray, so we want to prevent any “mishaps.” We’ll keep her out during the week, but she’ll have free reign to dig in on Friday evenings … beware!

Tonight’s your last chance to hang out at OpenSpace with Joseph until 8pm- starting on Monday, August 1st, our hours will switch to 8am-6pm.

Did you know that you can request OpenSpace Amenities, such as a locker or a parking space and now 24×7 Access!, all with the click of a mouse? Log into your account and click the Amenities tab at the top right.

With the new time change, Unlimited Members can have 24×7 Access to OpenSpace, whether you’re working late or at 6am, it’s no additional charge (this doesn’t apply to Team or Occasional Plans. If you are on a Team or Occasional Plan and are interested, please see us at the Hello! Bar).

If you are an Unlimited Member, just request 24×7 ACCESS under the “Amenities” tab when you login to your account online. For those of you who already have requested the 24×7 amenity, we will be hand-delivering your fob along with the link to the 24×7 Guidelines (http://getopenspace.com/rule-book/). Basically, we just want to remind you to “play nice.”

Just a friendly reminder, this is the last week of our old business hours! Starting next Monday, August 1st, our new hours will be 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday.

Here’s the story: You know that we love having our Occasional Members here. However, we’ve started to get lonely after 6pm every day. So, we looked at the data and realized that over an 11 month period, only .05% (that’s not even one complete person) of our Occasional Members spent time with us after 6pm.

You also know that we’re definitely into efficiency (as are most of us entrepreneurs and small business owners). So, after looking at the data, it only makes sense that we change our normal operating hours EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1ST to Monday – Friday, 8am to 6pm.

Exception #1: If you already have something scheduled on the OpenSpace calendar for after 6pm, and you’re an Occasional member – not to worry. We’ll make sure your meeting goes off without a hitch (as usual).

Exception #2: If you want to schedule something later than 6pm, just contact us at hello@getopenspace.com. We’re happy to work with our members on a case-by-case basis.

Reminder, we will be closed this coming Monday for the Fourth of July!

But, that’s not say all you cool Unlimited members with 24×7 access can’t still work if you want to! Just remember to leave some time for all those cookouts and fireworks.
