Does the sight of the parking police make you nervous? Are those tickets starting to add up? Are you wishing you had a safe, reliable parking spot while you’re hard at work? Spaces in the OpenSpace parking garage are only $100 a month! That’s a great deal for Downtown Charlottesville- never parallel park again!

You can request a parking space in our covered garage using your OpenSpace Account under the Amenities feature- just log into your account and click the Amenities tab at the top right to add your parking spot. Then you’ll never have to search all around Downtown for a parking space again- whether it’s an all-day meeting at OpenSpace, a Saturday morning trip to the Farmer’s Market, or a big show at the Pavillion, you’ll always have a safe, guaranteed place to leave your car.

Reminder: join us TOMORROW Thursday, October 20th from 5-7pm (special after-hours event!) for an OpenSpace Happy Hour.

There will be wine, beer, and plenty of good snacks and good times with your OpenSpace coworkers- a chance to relax and revel in the fact that it is almost Friday. Feel free to bring friends. The more the merrier!

That OpenSpace has a Polycom conference phone for you to use? We know everyone loves their cell phones, but if you ever need to make a conference call, we have a phone that can easily be set up in any of our work studios. It’s one of the many amenities you have available to you here- all you have to do is ask!

Come get your afternoon pick-me-up and learn all about the intricacies of the coffee industry, from brewing processes to flavor profiles. After this event, you’ll never take your morning cup of coffee for granted again!

We didn’t want it to come to this, but it has. To keep up the clean, sleek & sparkling OpenSpace image, we’re instituting “Clean Fridge Fridays.” That means that if you have anything (lunch boxes, dishes, cartons of milk, moldy items, etc.) in the fridge come Friday, it will be disposed of unless claimed prior to closing. Kristy has a tendency to “lose it” when she sees the refrigerator in disarray, so we want to prevent any “mishaps.” We’ll keep her out during the week, but she’ll have free reign to dig in on Friday evenings … beware!
